Hello Sandy; Just wanted to say how much we appreciated the way our party was handled today. We enjoyed seeing Julie and Daniel again, and everyone agreed that the food was exceptional. Your Chef is really wonderful, and everything came to the table beautifully prepared and presented. The lunch was fantastic and received rave reviews, even my "picky" eater enjoyed it immensely. Note for next time, we need to cut back on the portions for sandwiches - we had about 2 full trays of sandwiches left over (it didn't go to waste our employees and staff enjoyed it as well). Our managing partner's secretary LOVED the desserts.
I have also emailed my co-workers and my friends outside this firm who do corporate catering - hope you don't mind.

I usually go to Ellenville, NY, for my trainings with Peak's but now that I know what's cooking in BC, this is where I want to be !!!
